I had a 1 page document to translate from German to English. Not only did i not receive it after 5 days (and counting) but they ignored 2 emails enquiring about the status. Totally useless and now I am behind because i had to find another company.

Very bad costumer service, they do not reply for 3 days, I email them and I been trying to contact them on chat but without any success

3 days and not delivered yet. We sent a translation request 3 days ago for 2 pages to be translated from French to English and nothing has come back yet. No answer to the chat during business hours. After calling and being on hold for a long while, we were promised a delivery yesterday...but nothing. So far, I cannot recommend the company. I will reassess after I see the product. Edit: After accusations from the company that my review was not genuine (and reporting my review), I am providing the order number here. Order # 18861. Overall I would say the quality of the translation is good, but the customer service or deadline management is not up to par. These should be equally important for a company caring for its customers and hoping they come back...This is why I am not upgrading my rating.

I had an English text to be translated into French. Orbit delivered a rather bad translation. Some words were still in English, and some expressions were clearly not French that is spoken in France but québécois. They didn’t respond to my enquiry to rectify the issues. Never again. I use google translate next time ( As they seem to have used).

I ordered and paid in full for a translation and received and email that i will not receive my translation, I WAS FORTUNATE TO GET MY MONEY BACK TRHOUGH MY BANK - BE VERY CAREFUL
