OtofonixReviews of otofonix.com

Over the last 7 years I have purchased three pairs of Otofonix hearing aids. Until the most recent pair that I bought two weeks ago I have been very satisfied. However the most recent set I received are not working properly and all efforts to contact the company for a replacement or refund, both by email and phone message, have gone unanswered for nearly a week. In the past I was able to call the company and speak to a representative regarding any problems or questions that I had. Prior to this purchase I would have said I'm very satisfied with this company, but due to this recent experience, that is their lack of response in any way shape or form has change my opinion of this company drastically. At this point I would strongly recommend individuals looking for OTC hearing aids to avoid this company.

I ordered a hearing aid charger. To me, it was not clear that this was a BRAND SPECIFIC charger. When I received it, the product sleeve was incorrect , indicating that inside was a singular Revive brand hearing aid. The charger only works on Revive brand hearing aids. Ok, well that is on me for not understanding that. Here is where my biggest problem comes in. I requested a return. The response I got was similar to when you tell a teenager they made a mistake. They get all defensive and act like it's a personal attack and act like a**holes. The first sentence said "'well we have never had a problem with these chargers but if your so inclined here is our address to return". No label, no customer service , nothing. And I never even said the product was bad...I said I didn't understand it was brand specific and the packaging was incorrect as well. I have no idea about the products quality. But the customer service I received tells me it doesn't matter . If you can't handle problems that arise when you have a business, then you're going to have a lot of problems. And their website needs improvement. The chat assistant never gets back to you.

Well worth the purchase price and then some. Have had them for over 1.5 years now and they still work well and live up to my expectations. Love the easy to use app for my Sona's. Purchased because I have a hard time hearing in crowded restaurants. The Sona's block out unnecessary background noise so I can enjoy the conversation in front of me. Love my Otofonix hearing aids and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to hear clearly again without breaking the bank!
