No one answered at your customer service number and the mailbox was full but they did respond via email so I was able to get an incorrect order cancelled before it shipped out. I appreciate their prompt response to my email.

I bought a helmet from OutdoorMaster, and after a minor fall, one of the visor screws broke. I was impressed with their customer service: they quickly understood the problem and sent a new screw without any hassle. The helmet quality is excellent, and the customer support is even better. I highly recommend OutdoorMaster for their efficiency and customer care.

Excellent service, fast response to my emails and really nice pumps! I have the Shark II and it is super easy to inflate my board! Going to upgrade to the Shark 2S. Looks awesome and it's rechargeable!
