Quick and easy transaction. Small hick-up with shipping, but was remedied expeditiously by representative Clark and I got my unit in a couple of days.

Information accurately provided Transaction was easy just had to pay Delivery was prompt But no one followed up to make sure my 84 year old mother knows what to do to get started

Only problem did not receive fanny pack as promised

Wish my tradein was worth a bit more, but I understand. The new unit is still heavy, but workable. Will make travel easier.
