My order - 11 days "in transit", even not in Bulgaria yet! According to your terms, delivery to Europe is 9-10 days!

Ось короткий відгук англійською для Trustpilot: I still haven’t received my order. I placed the order on 20 September 2026, and it has still not arrived. The tracking information shows that the parcel arrived in Amsterdam, but there have been no further updates. I am very disappointed with the delivery time and would like to know where my package is and when I can expect to receive it.

I was really impressed with these glasses at first test on the canal near to where I live. For the price you pay the quality is really good compared with what I expected. The photo and video quality is great and so is the sound quality. I also did a recording during brisk walking and was impressed at how stable it was. Not been able to use the translation but the ai description was spot on.

We were most impressed by the excellent manner in which the company dealt with our first order especially when there were some delivery issues. The company's approach was always rapid, supportive and solution focused. We have since ordered a second pair of glasses.

The product is misleading and the company knows this which is why they add "Unmet expectations does not meet the requirements for a refund." in their policy. They record the ceiling almost 24/7 and NEVER record what's actually in front of me unless I look directly at the ground. Horrible product and a refund makes sense but this company wont refund their misleading product because of a scummy loophole. Also noticed your review filtering seems to only get rid of 1,2 and 3 star reviews so I don't expect to ever see my review show up anywhere. Well played you got another $150 out of someone.
