The excitement of the mystery trip was amazing! Not having to plan or be the travel agent myself was great! We had dinners planned for every night and 3 activities leaving us plenty of time to tour around in the day. We were able to change a few of our dinner plans to lunches to accommodate some activities we planned ourselves. It was so easy.

We're so glad to hear you felt the trip was balanced between pre-planned activities + time to explore on your own, that's our ideal scenario! We love to hear the thrill of the mystery was as exciting to you as it is to us! Thank you for sharing your feedback about your trip!

What I love about Pack Up + Go is that it gets you out of your comfort zone, unintentionally. This last trip, I would have never picked Brown County Indiana as a go to vacation spot. I would have never tried Ziplining for my activity. Also, if you're conservative with your money like I am, it is so much easier to give someone your money to spend than it is doing it on your own. This was my 3rd trip and I will be doing it again.

A few nights in Philadelphia over the 4th of July holiday was my surprise trip planned entirely by Pack Up + Go. The best place to celebrate the history of our forefathers. The Kimpton Monoco hotel in Old City was very comfortable, and within walking distance to so many historical sites. I had my first Philly cheesesteak sandwich, and a slice of tomato pie on the walking City Food Tour. I first reached out to Pack Up + Go in March. The customer service was outstanding right through the end of my trip. I will definitely have them plan another trip for me.

A 4th of July well spent it sounds like! :) What better way to celebrate than being in one of our countries most influential cities! History aside, Philly is just a gem with so many things to offer! We're so glad you enjoyed your food tour and got to experience Philly like a local! It sounds like our customer service team exceeded your expectations as well :) We like to pride ourselves on our 24/7 traveler support team. If you ever need to contact us pre, mid, or post trip, you can be sure our customer service team will be there to support you! :) We can't wait to plan another trip for you!

Our pack up and go trip sent us to Philadelphia and I have to say we had an amazing experience. Our travel packet gave us really good information for our trip and it made it really straightforward with what we wanted to do. The hotel was great and having the uber voucher came in handy when we got tired from walking. We didn’t have to worry about what we were going to have for dinner since there were already reservations put in place. All the paid activities were perfect for us as well. Everything about this trip was so well planned so we were never stressed about planning what we were going to do. Thanks pack up and go for such a well thought out trip! It was everything we wanted and more!!

Our trip was a surprise- we opened our envelope at the airport. It was well organized and planned out. We had a ball in Philadelphia- over the 4th of July!!! What a great place and time to celebrate our anniversary and learn about our historic roots. Our hotel was within walking distance to almost all attractions. And we were able to take in a Philly’s game. We could not have been happier with our mystery trip!!

This is such fantastic news! Isn't Chicago so amazing?! Your trip planner really hit the ball out of the park with your itinerary! Spa day, food tours, improv comedy nights! You definitely got the whole Chicago experience! It's like you're basically a local now! Let's see if we can make the same magic happen for you in another city, maybe one you never even thought to explore before :)
