I like Them. However, I didn’t read everything not realizing they were for incontinence diapers or undies which I don’t use. I’ll still use them

The booster pads you ordered can be used within an incontinence brief or underwear to provide extra absorption.

I don't like these BIG boxes that the items are shipped in with tooooo much air packing for one little item. When the cases come, they are in boxes way too big for the items. I am old and I can't handle these boxes much less get them in my apt and get them open. Please reconsider how you package the items and reduce the size.

We understand your frustration with this issue, and, unfortunately, it is not one that is within our control. With warehouse automation on the increase, so, too will this packaging practice increase. The computerized packing systems used by product distribution centers will often select a larger box for a smaller item, because they calculate the required space to fill the specific truck that orders will be loaded into, and will select box sizes that fill the space, rather than box sizes as small as the item. This avoids packages moving and getting damaged in the first phase of the shipping process. This is said to minimize waste and create a greener system, albeit that it does appear wasteful and unnecessary from the consumer's point of view.

For some reason, I received the WRONG size of the pull-up style. I was sent a S-M, I think and I actually wear a Large. the boosters are alright, though in my opinion, they could stand to be a little wider. Plenty long though. Haven't tried the wipes yet!

I checked your previous order for the package of the Dry Direct ultimate underwear that you placed on June 11th was ordered in size small not large. I am sending you a complementary sample of the underwear in size large to try. The Dry Direct booster pads hold up to 32 ounces of fluid and do not come in a wider width. I hope you are pleased with the wipes when you have the opportunity to try them

They got order messed up they had order right on there computers but what I received was not even close. Although after I called they did resend the correct product.

They have fast delivery so that's great. The construction of them are good. The bad is they leak. So this product doesn't work for my disabled daughter.

When Discover caused my account to be listed as fraud I was not allowed to change to another credit card. This resulte in having to purchase products elseware. My credit rating has been over 800 for ovr two years.

Our policy is not to process further orders for customers, when the financial processing service we use, indicates that the customer has disputed a transaction, whatever the reason. Discover's slowness in remediating this issue was the cause of this action.
