Every person in our organization is a current or former caregiver. Being passionate caregivers is critical to our ethos - remembering that we serve a fragile population (the aging and disabled) and their families - helping them arrive at better product solutions and expert application, better care, better aging - in their own home, or in the assisted living facility. Giving them hope, solving their problems, winning their business with every engagement. Delivering a world-class shopping experience and knowledge and insight and curated product solutions that cannot be replicated at the local chain pharmacy or Mega Mart or Online Marketplace. Our size and scale and approach ensure deep business relationships and true buying power with the best home health manufacturers and distributors in the business. We want long-term relationships with customers and have real caregivers answering the phones and ensuring every order and product is of great quality and value. We want to be the Sephora or Geek Squad of all things aging and caregiving related.

THEY ARE NOT LEAK PROOF
Reply from ParentgivingJun 20, 2023
It is important to ensure you are using the most appropriate size, in order for the leak guards to work best. You are being sent a sample of the top-of-the-line product, which has superior leak guards and absorbency.

I am a side sleeper and I still got the bed wet. They don't protect the sids

Side sleepers are inevitably prone to experience some leakage, regardless of the product used. I would recommend trying the Dry Direct Ultimate Protective Underwear with superior leakage guards: https://www.parentgiving.com/shop/dry-direct-ultimate-protective-underwear-9310/p/ I am sending you a sample.

Well, you were at 5 stars until last week. You sent my mom the wrong sized Dry Direct overnight undies TWICE! I couldn’t believe it! Once, ok. But TWICE in a row?

Box was destroyed! I guess by UPS, it had been opened! I do prefer UPS!

We are very sorry that the box was delivered open and badly damaged. I am surprised that UPS still delivered it. We will contact our warehouse and let them know the condition of the box received. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience

Fed x left the package with its picture at an old address of 5 plus years. I had to reorder and received the second one soon.

Whomever placed the order provided the shipping address, to which FedEx delivered it.

I liked that it was easy and quick to order and the items I ordered were correct. I did not like that items labeled small but made in another country (Italy) were not the same size. I like that it was easy to return with no problems. I did not like the first customer service person who immediately copped an attitude, while I was trying to understand why a small in one item was not the same as a small in another items from the same company. When I asked here if she was having a bad day, she said the problem was mine. When I said it was not, she told me would should just agree to disagree. I said okay. Then she repeated what I was returning and hung up not telling me what the process was for self return or that I would receive an email with instructions. Listen to the phone call you said was recorded and make your own call on that. I immediately called back and received another rep who completely changed my mind on what I intended to give you (1 star). She was great and told me to expect an email and what to do. Then apologized for the other person. Your second person should be given a bonus for restoring my trust in your company. Had I not had the experience with the first person, I would have given you 5 stars. Thank you.

Thank you for providing your feedback. We appreciate it, and are sorry that your first experience was not what we would have wished it to be. We will certainly be investigating this further, and speaking to the individuals involved.
