It was my first time ordering. I made a mistake with one of the items and was not given an option for reduced return postage. When I inquired from the post office the charge to return was more than the item.

You were not given an option for return shipping, since even our reduced shipping return price would not have been cost-effective on the return of one pack of booster pads.

The wheelchair was great, and luckily it wasn't bent. scratched or in pieces. I heard two distinct thuds outside my house, and when I went to check, there was a box at my door with well-rounded corners and a forklift hole punched through the box. The delivery company had not exercised much care in the handling of the box. But to be fair, it seemed the brown corrugated container seemed to probably be made from recycled paper, since it did punch, benmd and tear quite easily. Better quality packing would have been nice. We really like the wheelchair.

It is nice to have a human to talk with at customer service. There is a Wide selection of products but are overpriced.

In addition to supply chain increases, our prices sometimes reflect the fact that specialist retailers, such as ourselves, cannot compete with the prices of huge retailers that can secure massive wholesale quantities far more cheaply. But this is offset by factors such as the fact that they do not provide the high level of expertise and customer service that we do.

Your generic version of Depends are not as good as the real thing. the free diapie wipes were nice, though.

I bought an Escape lift chair upon arival the chair was defective. This is not Parentgiving fault but Pride the manufacturer of the chair. I had to deal with Parent giving to fix the chair. To make a long story short It's been 2 weeks and I have a new chair setting in the corner that I can't use the chair.

Hi- My mom has been using Parentgiving for monthly shipments of undergarments for a few months now. She likes your product! We have had some split shipments, due to stock issues, but this last/most recent one didn't give a heads up or estimated shipping/tracking for the backorder. I had to call like 4 times, and each time I got a different answer. The last person I spoke to gave me the most accurate info. Not sure where the other people were getting their info?!
