The plastic buckle on the tie-down strap broke when I attempted to secure the strap to the bed frame.

I did not like the attitude of the customer service person when I called and tried to find out why my package was attempted to be delivered but wasn't. I did not like this Lasership for not just leaving the package on my front step and not telling me what the problem was with delivery. I would not use Parentgiving again because I look upon their company very unfavorably for using Lasership.

My husband didn’t like the lazy-Susan cushion at all because it was not wide enough so he gave it to me! I LOVE it! My tush is smaller and it fits perfectly!

The rubber covering on the rollator was torn badly, called for replacement covering, still waiting.

I chatted online with a rep before purchasing and was not happy that i did not receive better information. I am considering returning the wheelchair but concerned about the fees I will have to pay. The most disappointing thing is after purchasing I discovered Amazon had the same chair $26 less.

Staff did a great job trying to help me purchase a shower bench and she found one with enough height. Staff were pleasant and professional. The item, though unused, cannot be returned or exchanged. What she and I both failed to recognize was tall enough for the inside of the tub did not mean tall enough for the outside. At its tallest the chair fits inside the tub, clears the tub lip, but is an inch too short on the outside. The legs can be extended beyond the last available notch which would allow the outer legs to touch the floor, but then the outside legs are unstable and will break or otherwise collapse. Ultimately the shower bench does not work. No returns!

Quality (sturdiness, materials) is good. HOWEVER, the bucket container sent has TWO HUGH CRACKS on the bottom, totally inexcusable. Also, the push pins necessary to push into the tiny holes are very difficult to insert, especially for a 75 year caretaker.
