Good service but the company (OnTrac) that they used to deliver the package lost the package. It finally showed up after almost 2 weeks, and they had to re-send it by Fedex, but that replacement arrived in one day. Thank you, Parentgiving, for the good service.

Very good for overnight comfort ,they hold a lot and I'm still dry in the morning ,only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the XLarge is just a little small for me ,

Overall I am very satisfied with your service. However, I had to ask for the last delivery. I'm not sure what happened but fortunately we were ahead.

Actually would have given a 5 except that when I had a family member pass they would not take back the unopened items that we did not use. And this was in 2017/2018 all prior to COVID.

They were great in getting me samples to try! I just wished the package I purchased listed that it fits someone with wider legs. I lost my money on them. 😣

Although the Tranquility product I get via Parentgiving appears to be superior to many products available, it still does not prevent major leaks for my father who is a slide sleeper. So disappointing. Nothing I’ve tried - and I’ve tried many - also leak. Parentgiving has been an excellent resource, though.

Side sleepers can be particularly prone to leakage. I am going to send you samples of our latest Dry Direct products in order that you can try these. A booster pad used inside the pull-on will provide additional absorption, too.
