I have been using Parentgiving for about one year, and in all that time, I have not had any problems with products, value, convenience, customer service, or delivery-reliability. The sales staff know the products and how to choose which product will work best for you. Products are discretely packaged.

The Rollator shipped to us had a manufacturing flaw. Nova replaced it and we love the new unit. Wewish that your sales person had been able to discuss cupholders with us.

I really like this company, the deliveries are fast and if there is a problem, they let you know right away. The selection of products is great. I really like that you can get samples on a lot of things. This really helps when you are starting out. I would highly recommend Parentgiving to friends and family.

The bedside commode is great. It was easy to put together. The only thing that was problematic was the wait time for it to be delivered. we had to make do with diapers, as the bedpan did not work. .

Purchased a specialty phone for elderly/low vision relative. Prices are always too high for my taste on all web sites.
