the merch that was sent to me, did not help me with my incontinance at all. the extra pad got soaked and still went through to the other pad.

Thank you for your feedback. The Ultimate Booster Pad is meant to be worn with protective underwear or briefs. We would suggest Dry Direct Underwear or Briefs for best protection. Please call customer service at 888-746-2107 for more suggestions.

The Dry Direct Ultimate protective underwear holds 40 ounces and the Dry Direct booster pads hold 32 ounces which is posted on the product page. Samples are for the reason of determining fit and effectiveness. As you have found this sample was not right for you. We will send the next size to sample.

You contacted us via chat and said "missing order" You were then asked to identify what was missing from your order, so that we could remediate the issue, and you did not respond. However, the Fedex tracking shows photos of ALL items being delivered.

I don't know if the problem is yours or Medlines. Product was described as being 9X13 in size but is, in fact, 8X10. The size is printed both on the box and on the individual packages. The 8X10 size is not efficient for use on adult patients.

Looking verify signature of delivery and they refuse to provide, The package never got to my mother, the only way to verify who got is signature or photo delivery, I was told by customer service they never provide the Pdf verification that Fedex has on file. I have been in logistics for years and never have had this issue or response Also if you buy wrong size they refuse to exchange for correct one, even if package is unopened. if i could find this product else where for my 95 year old mom I would.

Honestly I don't care for the fit. All the ruffles around the edges and too wide for me in the crotch. I'm afraid I'll be staying with the brand I have been using but I was willing to give yours a try.

Parentgiving customer service reps come across as curt, condescending, impatient, and unpleasant to the point that I tried to find another company to order the Italian made Dry Direct booster pads and pull ups. Still researching my options but nevertheless was running low of product and reluctantly placed order for this time. I am an 84 yr old senior grandmother on a small monthly fixed income. I cringe at making a call to Parentgiving customer service 800 400 0379 for info or placing an order because of how snippy, coldly, impatiently, and rudely I am treated and always with a uncaring curt denial of a 10 percent discount for orders exceeding $100. Tried unsuccessfully calling Parentgiving executive office to inform how customers are being treated by Parentgiving employees. No way for customers to reach the “suits” of the company as they are well insulated from customers. When I find another source for incontinence products it will be my pleasure to never again deal with your company. you are welcomed to comment about the continuing negative image and evolving reputation tarnishing Parentgiving and how customers, who can make or break a business, are being verbally disrespected with mean, curt offensive attitude. I wondered how such employees could continue to be employed with your company. The only logical answer is: Either they own part of the company or are related to the executives. Thank you. Margaret.
