my order ws short 2 items. the box which is normally full, was partially empty causing the other items to slide around. while nothing was damaged , I had no way of knowing if this was a mistake or if I would receive the rest of my order separately. I would have appreciated being notified that the rest of my order was on it's way.wasted time and energy trying to figure out what to do. the missing 2 items showed up the next day

I ordered from here and from NorthShore and they are the exact same product. Disappointing in that I was hoping to compare products. I also found the sizes were off to a point. I ordered large which I did fit into the range size but they were way to tight. To the point they were uncomfortable. Lessons Learned. Follow Up to their response. They may not call it your name however, it is the same product. The product worked, just disappointed with the size guidelines and the inability to compare 2 different products from 2 different companies. They are however the same product. Thank You Again.

I think a 12 step process to use reward points is unreasonable. You can certainly find a simpler way, or is it a method to discourage us from using the points?

As you will know, we changed order processing systems last year, and, unfortunately, it does not offer the type of streamlined rewards and points process that we previously had. If you want to use your points at any time, please call customer service and they can place the order and utilize the points for you.

I have been using parent giving for months and have experienced one problem. I have MS with absolutely no bladder control at all. I have been experiencing the following problem. The fluid will definitely out of elastic leg. Possibly find one way to tighten elastic or five more padding in the area

My mother is so incontinent she sleeps 10'hours and the diaper is leaking urine even with a pad. Any ideas are welcomed

You can try sizing down or try a different incontinent pull-up. One might fit your mother's body better and, therefore, work better overall. For more suggestions it would be helpful to call 888-746-2107. Thank you.

Your persistence in sending me ads is quite annoying. As long as I am updated on when my order(s) will arrive, it's all I need. I have your address for future orders, I do no need notices every day.

Generally I’m happy with their service, but an order, which they said would be delivered by January 1, didn’t come and didn’t come and didn’t come. I finally had to call and, after checking on it, they said their Illinois place didn’t have any of my product. Why had I not been informed?!!! I was told it would be coming from California. I didn’t receive anything until January 10! I had to go out and purchase store brand product to tide me over! I am on an automated fill order deal. I was reprimanded for not figuring in the holiday when I ordered these. No apology. No attempt to make amends in any way. I was surprised by the lack of decent customer service. I continue to do automatic orders, but that situation really made me think about looking elsewhere. The next order came on time, so hopefully we’re back on track!

We are sorry that your early January order was delayed by conditions outside of our control. Here was the response you received to your complaint at that time:We are sorry for the inconvenience of the delay. You placed your order on a public holiday and it was processed, once the warehouses re-opened, and should have delivered within our usual three to five business days, notwithstanding that this product had to be sourced from a California warehouse. However, due to increased volume, and severe weather that affected FedEx hub operations, your delivery was impacted. Carrier operations are out of our control, and we cannot guarantee that delays will not happen in the future. As you are aware our orders generally deliver in a timely manner, and you must allow for disruption over peak volume periods and due to inclement weather. With items of a critical nature, such as this, we recommend that customers factor this in, and order prior to immediate need.
