I received the two cheapest items that I ordered in a timely fashion. Those were as advertised and I am pleased with them. However, the two most expensive items have not yet arrived and that's been almost 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have not heard from the company or received any updates so I don't know where those products are but together they were $120 worth and have not shown up yet. I am not happy!

I like their products and selection but the contents of 2 out of my last three were totally unrelated to my order or what was indicated on the packing slip.

I love the Dry Direct Ultimate underwear ( made in Italy) They are Thick and protect with bowel and bladder incontinence leakage as my daughter is 7 and none verbal these are amazing... but not a fan of customer services... not helpful at all when I ordered what I thought was the same product they just said oh no it's because one is made in Italy and the other in the USA. When I called I was hung up on I don't normally leave reviews but because of customer service, I have to rate this place low... When I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone higher than Helen. I was told there was no one.

I purchased supplies for my mother that were inaccurately described on the site. As a result, it cost me an additional $56 to mail it back to Parentgiving and even after requesting a refund for shipping, tyhey denied it. Now I don't have the supplies that cost $194 plus I lost an additional $56 on top of that. No more orders for me!

The product your ordered was described as briefs. That is the industry-standard name for tape-on incontinence products. We pride ourselves on the expedient processing of returns, and as you were previously advised, your credit was issued on June 29. No adhesive, was not useful, can't return them, no money back.

Because of the size of this particular product, the manufacturer believes it should stay in place without the need for an adhesive strip, which is common in smaller products.

There are 4 Dry Direct underwear products, all 4 with names like super, ultimate, fantastic, incredible—ok, I’m exaggerating, but only a little. There is no clear way for a buyer to guess which of these products is most or least absorbent. They need to have an easy-to-comprehend 1-4 least-to-most ranking.
