When I tried calling customer service…
The customer support rep was quite helpful in resolving my issues. Appreciated the quick response and issue mitigation.

As soon as we opened the guest was called. We are not open 24/7 as per our policy and thus we should not be reviewed as a 1 star because the guest called during now business hours. As soon as we opened we called and helped with his issue. The number was dialed in error as per the guest.
