I have been a loyal customer for 3 years, but the packaging on my last order of food was poorly constructed. When I called customer service about it, I was made to feel it was my own fault. Very poor! No apology, no accommodation. Not sure I will continue to be a customer!

I’ve requested like 10x for my dogs name and picture to be on the package. Still not on there. Also shipping takes way too long.

Since my second order which was four or five orders ago I have been signed up to have my dogs name and picture on his bag of food and every month it doesn’t happen. I have called you every month to fix the problem only to be told everything looks good on your end and it will be fixed the next order, the girl even waved my shipping fee last month because this problem had been going on so long. Guess what, just got another order last week and still no name or picture. I don’t know why you offer this very cute idea if you have no intention of following through with it

The website needs help! Their website design is terrible. It takes so much longer than it should in order to place a new order. The items ordered arrived promptly and the packaging is adorable!

my cats won't eat the wet food and it's too much money to use on food that gets sniffed and then ignored. even with the seasonings, they won't eat it until they realize they aren't getting anything else. it wasn't like this in the beginning, before you switched the production site. maybe roger should go see what's different down in Mexico or where ever.

Our puppies do not thrive on Pawtree, we breed French bulldogs. The food does not seem to give them that extra puppy fat needed for life long health.

The subscription of food that we pay for comes on time but recently I noticed that the bags are not sealed. What I mean the bags are not open but they leak air. When I open the sealed bag and when I use the zip lock to close I noticed air escaped. My order is of 3 bags… so far two bags have this issue. I am not sure if they made a pin hole to the bags so they can fit in the box for shipping. For the price I am paying for this food I expect bags that seal without pin holes.
