Great customer service and follow up. The food and treats that I purchased are top notch. The treats are my puppy 's all time favorites...use them in the show ring and performance ring.

Recommended by the breeder of my Sheltie puppies I recently adopted. They absolutely love their food-think it’s the whitefish & brown rice. I’m most concerned about the quality of food and anything that I’m giving them so I hope they continue to flourish

We have been using products for over a year and all of the Paw Tree products have been great for Penny and she loved them too! The gastro pills have helped her significantly with her gas issues, the salmon oil has helped with her skin and fur and I think her favorites are the heart joint supplements. That’s the first thing she picks out of her bowl every meal.

I forgot to change the items in my next ez-ship before it processed. I reached out to the support folks through email early that same morning. They got my order fixed before customer service hours even started! What terrific service. The customer service team is always polite and accommodating.
