I was sent the wrong item

I placed my item in the cart, continued to check out with a shipping charge around $2 listed. I could not finish without choosing a $10 (or more) shipping charge. It is a tube, throw it in a puffy envelope and send it off. Ridiculous!! And why was the first charge even listed?!!
