The dumbbells are excluded which is why they have a handling charge added, based on the specific weight. Shipping was not free for my items : (
I was happy to find the items I wanted at a fair price and I added an additional item to my cart to qualify for the free shipping, but when I went to check out I was still charged a $20 oversized shipping fee. : (

Experience is good But the 8$ shipping fee is not true. Rectify it

Hi Jean-Francois, Thank you for you order! The 5lb Neoprene Dumbbells have an $8 handling charge but there was a glitch which caused you to be charged just a $4 handling fee. Since the order subtotal was not above $49.00, the order did not qualify for the UPS free ground shipping offer which is a flat rate of $9.95 based on your order total. It took me 3 times to get the order…
It took me 3 times to get the order right off your website. Could be user error, but it should be telling me I missed a step . . . which was clicking that little box

I know that we're in the middle of this Coronavirus and it is causing problems all around, but I was disappointed that several items that I wanted were not in stock. Otherwise, I was satisfied with my order. Thank you!
