Some items are hard to find with search. Works better if user has a catalog & SKU numbers

Why can I go to Amazon and get your products shipped at a lower cost than if I go directly to your website? This makes no sense to me, and it certainly is a disincentive to shop your website.

It was easy to order. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that there was some time delay to get my new password and through each step of the order. Also, I was given a promotional code for a 10% discount, but it was difficult to read the fine print that said "not applicable for sale items".

I haven't received my shipment yet, so I don't want to say too much yet. But my online experience was good.

PB makes dependable, high quality products that have helped me through physical therapy and rehabilitation. But I do question their shipping and handling prices, which seem high and arbitrary.

Easy order process. Clear forms. Both billing and shipping address options (not all order forms have both). Easy to edit. Info on certain fields on form very helpful.
