Easy process.
I was able to get a ESA letter which worked for my purposes. The process was simple and easy and took about 5 days from the time I signed up to the time I got my letter. I was asked to pay an extra fee for my therapist to confirm the letter with my landlord, but Pettable waived this. The therapist was a bit rude with me.

Experience was great
Experience was great. I was. A little sad that I didn’t know until after I paid that the letters were only good for a year.

Hi Alexi, thanks for your feedback! The ESA letter is valid for one year because from a clinical standpoint it is necessary to conduct a new assessment after a year in order to determine if an ESA is still an appropriate recommendation. Some landlords will also require a new letter after a year. However the law does not explicitly state that a new letter must be required. I would recommend checking in with your landlord before your letter expires to see if a new one will be needed. If you do require a new letter you will need to reach out to us or another mental health professional in order to obtain a new one. I hope I have answered your question. Good service, expensive additional packages
They were extremely thorough and I appreciated the quick turnaround, however, I feel that the additional $50 Forms package for a verbal confirmation with an apartment complex is a little steep.
