Definitely don’t waste your money. They claim they can help with information about service animal level letters and information but they don’t. I specifically asked about how I go about getting my animal certified as a service animal. They gave me the run around instead of saying we can provide you a letter and an airline form. They didn’t say the letter was for emotional support because I was explicit on that. Just don’t waste your money.

I had lost my child and spiraled horribly. My pet Baby has been a main crutch with keeping me busy. When I applied for this, this lady had an incredible attitude. I wasn’t too sure at the time how I should’ve worded the situation to her. I needed to be able to keep Baby living with me since quite a few policies changed at my complex. I’m not sure where I went wrong, but the letter that was written by her was worded in such a way that wasn’t quoted by me. I went to someone else and it worked out, but an attitude check is definitely needed with whoever helped me.

Filled out application and it said it couldn’t submit it and kept reloading for over 20 minutes. Tried multiple times to resubmit and even had to go through whole application again on my phone (didnt save when changing devices) to submit it and get a blank screen. Very frustrating and upsetting as I wasnt aware this was a requirement for the appointment after I already filled out the initial questionnaire. I was told when I was called for my meeting I did had a 30 minute tedious application to do. Finally after getting it submitted and hearing back from the counselor it was confirmed it was received okay and we didnt need to speak but shell get me the letter needed. I was given a vague message in the intro message that if I need any “forms” filled out that I apply for the forms add on or risk a delay in approval so I added the forms feature only to findout I didnt actually need it. Extra $50 out the door.

They fail to obviously disclose that you must establish a 30 day relationship sith the provider before you can receive a letter for an emotional support animal. I needed a letter in 2-3 days as we were applying for a new rental. I would not have spent this much Monty had I know. That I was unable to get the letter immediately after my appointment with the therapist. Very disappointing.

It's been over a week and I still haven't received my cat's ESA approval yet! WHERE IS IT??? Before you replied I had checked my account and it is not there!

Didn’t provide me the service I was looking for

I still have not received my ESA letters that I paid for. I have notified you three times of this issue but every time I do so, all I get is this link to review your services. So far, your service is extremely poor. This is getting absolutely ridiculous.

They give an expiration date of your ESA letter which doesn’t make sense to me.
