I never got a call from pettable after paying. They also won’t reach out to me to renew my letter, or refund me. I need this letter to move and to keep my cats that I cannot live without.

The therapist I got was pretty rude. She was from the state I was originally planning to use my ESA form at, however I was unaware that I needed to be physically present in that state while having my consultation. That being said she was very haste on the phone saying that she wasn’t going to lose her license talking to me even though I was in no way pressuring her to I was just confused to the fact the consultation was through the phone so I didn’t understand why I needed to be physically present in the state that I was visiting just to be going back to the og one in a couple of weeks. All that being said she said she’d refer me to another therapist from the state I was currently visiting with no confirmation on how I was to be contacted by that person. This just felt like a scam because the package I selected only gave me one consultation and now that the one cancelled, Im suppose to pay to get another consultation…

My interview has been rescheduled by the doctor multiple times without even asking what time is ok for me..ine of those times he gave me 5 mins notice then canceledmy appointment when i couldnot make that for obviousreasons..seems like.he doesn't want to work weekends and it's very frustrating because I have had to move my entire life around these appointment as I am secretly trying to leave an abusive relationship. The doctor has been rude and not understanding at all. The communication has also be terrible and I still haven't even gotten my interview

I never received my telephone consult with the Clinical Social Worker; although I answered all the questions attached to your Welcome Email! The $149.00 charge was withdrawn from our checking debit account on 8/7/2023. I am very unhappy about how your company has failed to empathize with my needs! Sarah J. Spence

Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here. I received multiple confirmation emails, filled out paperwork, made sure I had my break during the time they were supposed to call, lo and behold: no fuggin call. Not happy about this one as it now fuks with my housing situation.
