Excellent service
Excellent service, my letter was accepted for housing! The only reason I give 4 stars is that the letter is only good for one year and is dated as such. I did not see that disclosed anywhere. My landlord said he will need a new letter each year.

Great product with one big issue
The pettable product, the training material are very helpful and support team are great. I am happy with the subscription and support with one exception. I am disappointed that Pettable uses vimeo to host the videos. It cannot be cast to tv, or displayed on a computer. It can only be watched on phone or tablet. If they can fix that, I would recommend 100%.

I am VERY happy with your service so far
I am happy with the service from Pettable.com . Setting up my appt was quick and easy. Therapist was polite and professional. The price was affordable and time from consult to letter in my possesion was fonomnally quick. My therapist replyed to my questions days after our consulting quickly. I was extremely surprised and delighted by the customer service they provided me. A "Save and Return" feature would be handy for filling out preconculition questions. I had to restart 4 times due to interruptions by phone calls, and my baby kitties needing to be let in and out. Before I completed it the form I ended up with 2 profiles somehow. I also had a hard time locating and downloading my ESA Letter. It was kinda frustrating for me and almost caused a minor anxiety attack. Please remember your dealing with a person who gives up easily and quickly made anxious. It's easy for me to find reasons to feel bad about my abilities or lack of. Be kind and make things as accessable and easy to locate as possible. Over all I am extremely happy. Haven't given letter to my landlord yet. I believe that if there any problems that Pettable.com will be there to help me over any obstacles I encounter. Very impressed and have recommended there service to many of my friends and group members.

They were really good and professional…
They were really good and professional when evaluating me, and I was easily qualified for a letter and got my animal within one day. My only complaint is that I missed my first appointment the phone call was super short, and had to pay 30 dollars to reschedule again when I was in the middle of answering my phone.

Fast and Convenient
It was fast and convenient according to the time and day in which the LICSW gave me a call. The ESA letter was provided 5-10 mins after our phone interview. My only issue is that the letter states it expires in a year, otherwise I have no complaints.
