I knew it... I too had an appt for 9am this morning and CRICKETS!! Thanks for all the reviews-- now i know exactly why I wont sign up. Its unfortunate as its really a needed service. Too bad people in tough situations are taking advantage of emotionally and financially. Im a no.

I spent $150 to get ESA letter And my apartment did not accept this Don’t spend your money online getting ESA. You have to go to a doctor in your area physically and get the ESA Pettable not useful

ESA letter was rejected by condo association and there was no follow up to resolve the issue. Money not well spent, in fact, money flushed down the toilet. I wish I had not used this service.
