Apartments wanted there own forms filled out customer support email once a day in response, then you wait a whole week of this till u get an appointment and the documents you need filled out they say seems like fraud we can’t help you🤬😡 and I paid extra to have documents done

Literally booked them got a ESA paper my leasing center contacts the doctor for more paperwork and they cancel and refunded me stating the paperwork process I’m going to get denied so now what do I do?

It's funny, this is to help people with anxiety but my therapist was a no call. I received several emails confirming, most recent @ 5:45 pm ( my supposed appt was @ 6:45pm). Emailed support but it's 8pm and no response, paid for express service too.

Hidden fees alert! I bought the standard package. there was a single follow-up question from my apartment and Pettable required me to buy another “form package”, $50 for a question. Such BS. Do not recommend.

Absolutely awful experience. Based on the website, I enlisted in the services with the expectation of a professional ESA letter from a licensed therapist. Instead, Pettable failed and delivered a most unprofessional and unacceptable document that I was unable to use. I was connected via phone and email with an unhelpful social worker (not licensed therapist as promised), whose poor attitude and lack of customer service proved to be extremely disappointing. As such, I had no choice but to search for other means to acquire a professional ESA letter. Avoid at all costs, I wish I didn’t purchase as I was unable to use the letter provided and went to my doctor.

Had to be reassigned the day of my appointment despite my indication of the number of pets. Customer Service has attitude and you can’t get ahold of your assigned therapist despite having mistakes made in the letters.
