The therapist called the client only to put her on hold for 20 minutes never responded back to the phone calls because they go to a machine I had to call for her separately from 2 hours away only to find out there was a second set of paperwork that the therapist needed for their own personal records which I don't understand if they have the records through the Edibles website why do they need their own separate it's a lot to fill out at the last minute after not communicating by voice in person as requested as was the clients main source of communication direct over the phone she doesn't have internet access can't check email she had many essay style questions that required to throw history of the client's background and medical history I basically gave up after 15 questions or 2 hours of trying to answer them I hope she's getting a refund out of this if not I'm just going to tell her bank the card was stolen and go from there either that or somebody can put us in touch with a different therapist and we can get this done like the sooner the better she needed a letter 3 weeks ago now so we're way behind

The therapist assigned to me canceled on me 15 minutes before the appointment started, and Pettable was unable to provide me with an alternative appointment. I am at risk of losing my housing and cannot afford to wait, so I unfortunately have to take my business elsewhere.

My experience was far less than stellar. I spent a total of $240 for the PSD course as well as 2 sessions with a therapist. During the 1st session I tried to explain my ongoing issues, what I was experiencing with my HOA and what they were asking for in terms of the letter. The therapist barely let me get a word in edgewise and was constantly interrupting me telling me well the last 2 people I have dealt with ended up getting a lawyer so you better get the training and make it more rock solid. I paid the extra and spent about a week doing the course (imo this isn’t anywhere close to being worth $100). The second session she didn’t remember anything about the firt session and when I tried to tell her she kept saying yep yep yep and talking over me but said she would provide a letter. It was a completely unprofessional form letter and there is no way I can submit that to my HOA, their attorney is going to laugh me out of the office. The whole process was unprofessional from start to finish and was a complete waste of $240x

Not detailed enough. Apparently the dogs used in the training videos were already trained. I’m a Wounded Warrior and have been trying to get a Service Dog for two years without paying $20k for one. Decided to train my Golden Doodle myself. Was excited about this program. Hugely disappointed. I guess I shouldn’t have expected much for $200.

I haven’t received a call from therapist. And I’m worried it’ll delay my letter and my emotional support pet won’t be able to move with me. She has reached out and seems awesome but I’m sort of freaking out on the timing of the letter.
