I was supposed to talk to a doctor 7/14 at 11:00 by phone but nobody called. I need this paper for a rental. If I dont get it taken care of I want a refund. I'm very disappointed

To start off this is not a disgruntled review, I have no ill feelings or anger towards Pettable but I would like to provide insight on a very real situation. I recently had an experience with Pettable, and while they started off on a positive note, my overall experience was marred by numerous complications and a lack of proper customer service. At first, the service seemed promising, but unfortunately, things quickly took a turn for the worse. One of the primary issues I encountered was the sudden departure of my assigned provider without any prior notification. It was frustrating to find out that the person I had established a rapport with was no longer with the company. This unexpected change left me feeling confused and unsupported. To make matters worse, I was reassigned to a new provider who exhibited impatience and rudeness towards me. The lack of professionalism and respect made it difficult for me to address any concerns or issues I had. It seemed as though the new provider had little regard for my needs and was not interested in helping me find a resolution. Despite my attempts to communicate with the provider and get my issues resolved, they refused any form of communication. This lack of responsiveness made me feel ignored and left me in the dark about the progress of my requests. It became evident that the company had failed to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction. What truly disappointed me was the company's decision to completely drop me as a client without providing any reason. While they did issue a refund, it felt like a hasty attempt to rectify the situation rather than genuinely addressing the problems at hand. Being left without warning and unable to have my needs met at the last minute was both frustrating and inconvenient. Additionally, it is important to note that instead of simply dropping me as a client, Pettable should have made an effort to pair me with another provider who I would have been better matched with. If the company's goal is to connect individuals with real providers who can offer assistance with emotional support animals, they should prioritize avoiding emotional distress for their clients. By addressing the issues and finding a suitable replacement, Pettable could have demonstrated a commitment to their clients' well-being and ensured a more positive experience. Unfortunately, their failure to do so only added to the emotional distress I experienced throughout the process. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Pettable based on my personal experience, as it failed to meet my expectations in terms of customer service and reliability.

Not really worth the money, they provide you with 15 3-6 minute videos with completely basic info, this is a site to pay your certificate without doing anything really. Somewhat a scam, very disappointing for $200. Waste of time too. I decided to go with them after reading all these great reviews, now I know these are not authentic reviews.

Well I just found out that the letter the therapist wrote wasn't good enough and my dog is not allowed to live where we want to move to. What a waste of 149.00.

I was unable to get in touch with someone to reschedule my appointment due to the fact that I had a family emergency. And then I was going to be charged for the appointment to talk to a therapist for 15 minutes. Which I was paying through Klarna. Very disappointing because when I called I was put on hold said someone would be with me in eight minutes then the line cut call back three more times 20 minutes 10 minutes no answer and then hopefully someone will be with you in just a moment line was cut again, and I need it all my papers and everything so I could receive the dog I had to turn the dog away.
