I received my esa letter , just dissapointed it doesn’t include my pets name and I’m not sure if he needs registered

Overall it was great. It was easy and quick. It was expensive though. I had to get another document signed that my apartment required and it was another $30 for that. Seems a bit much for already paying what I did. My therapist Shaunea was wonderful. She communicated quickly with me and advised me on the cheapest option for getting the extra form signed. Not her fault it was still expensive

It was quick, simple and easy to apply. Able to schedule an appointment quickly. The meeting went well, fast, and professionally. $150 is a lot though. Like, too much. I guess it's worth it to keep my dog of 12 years.

Nice having someone that understands the need of having an emotional support animal. My pet has saved my life more times than i could count. The bond we have is amazing. I haven't gotten accepted for an apartment so i haven't gotten able to use the letter. Wish me luck
