Therapist was scheduled to call at 3PM EDT but lost track of time because she was located in CA (as I am also right now). After I contacted to reschedule, she called me immediately and is working on the ESA letter as we speak. I was worried that this was a scam, it's not - and I jumped the gun earlier with a negative review, which I am now retracting. Thank you for being so responsive so quickly.

Pettable is a great website, my therapist unfortunately made an error on the forms (mistaking my cat for a dog) that I had sent her that almost cost me to lose my request. Pettable was great, it was not entirely their fault!

The only reason I cannot give this a 5 star is due to the experience that I had with the first therapist. I paid for 24 hour turn around, the therapist did not call when they should have, I had to send them a message and message customer support. They finally called saying it was not on their schedule then later admitted they did not look at their schedule today. That was ok because I did have free time. Then I waited for my letter, and waited and waited. I sent the therapist messages to make sure I wasn't looking in the wrong place. It was a week later and I did not receive my letter. I had been corresponding with customer support about this as well. They set me up with a different therapist. This therapist was wonderful. She provided me with my ESA letter in less than 24 hours. The second experience was definitely 5 star.

I had a good experience with pettable. It was a very easy and fast process. The only downside it that my letter has not worked yet or I still get turned down even with the letter at the houses and apartments I’ve applied for. But I hope to find something soon.

I read a lot of recommendations online and reviews. Despite the negative, I had a positive experience. It is imperative to fill out your forms asap when confirming your appointments. The app was a bit useless. There is only a chat function to talk to the therapist and not customer service. However, customer service was very responsive via email and helped me get in touch with my provider prior to the appointment scheduled. I believe that it should have been a telehealth video visit but the provider prefers to use the phone. I was able to get approved for a letter, which was a huge relief. I am trying to train him as a service animal but we are not quite there yet. This letter will be helpful in being able to move with my dog and be able to afford to keep him. He is my ESA and because I am in transition from a recent move, it's hard to get in with therapists in my area. The Pettable provider made it super easy to find resources. The provider was professional and understanding of my condition. Four stars because of the initial confirmation and functionality of their app/site.

My only issue was the expiration date. I haven't found a place to live yet but the letter expires in a few months. So hopefully I can find an affordable place to live soon.
