This is a nice little training course with some useful tips. However, the way this company is marketed mislead me into believing their course was a prerequisite to bringing my previously trained service dog on a certain airlines. However, when applying for a service dog ID, I was rejected because Pettable is not recognized as a suitable training organization.

I paid for a letter that was advertised as an ESA that was acceptable for a landlord only to get legal advise saying it's useless! I paid over $160! I want my damn money back!!

Apart from the therapist sending me forms 6 minutes before scheduled appointment and being charged $30 for rescheduling (refunded when I had to go out of my way to protest this), my letter was questioned for authenticity which cost me an additional $50. 249+30-30+50= $300 for ESA + some videos on how to train your dog for service dog. Can't wait to see what charges it takes to get him service dog certified after i finish training him.

Horrible useless company! Refused to help me because I was out of the country on vacation. Why should that matter when my address lease and home are in San Francisco?! They told me they know I’m in Paris! How and why are they tracking/using that information?!
