I still have not heard back from anyone! They basically took my money and never provided a service. I keep sending messages and no one has responded.

Misleading. They provide you with the ability to train your own dog if you want a well behaved Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD). HOWEVER, you still need to see a licensed Pyschiatrist and have them write you a letter stating you need a PSD. So in short, you don't need Pettable to get a certificate to travel with your dog. You simply need your mental health professional to do that for you. Pettable does not make that clear on their website.

Selected appointment time and the therapist delayed, rescheduled and eventually never called. By the time she reached out I was in transit out of state and advised we had to be in the same state for a phone interview??? Would not recommend this so called service

The first thing that happened was is that I paid for the express deal and then it's a guarantee of 24 hours turnaround took 3 days. Because of that I was not able to move into my apartment and I had to rent a hotel room for 3 days which then cost me several hundred dollars. And then after that I complained didn't get any information and and then all I got was the $50 back and it hasn't even gone back on my card yet. At this point I want a full refund for all this. This is most ridiculous thing I've ever seen.
