never received a call back from therapist to certify my pet.

I paid $135 only to have the medical provider tell me at the time of my appointment that I did not fill out *her* specific form that was in the portal. I never got an email about these forms. I filled out the forms, which took nearly an hour to complete. The medical provider said she would follow up and has not. I am not able to schedule an appointment without the medical provider’s ok. Total scam & ripoff. Thanks for stealing my money, Pettable.

I didn’t receive a phone call again and not sure what else is needed for me to do but need my letter as soon as possible now, hoping by Monday for my apartment complex

Horrible experience. The provider Stephanie called me 3 mins before my scheduled appointment and I could not answer the phone as I was working. I tried calling back and she did not pick up and did not respond to my emails she made me pay a $30 fee to reschedule with her, so I did since I didn’t want to argue. I did the interview I told her I had anxiety and not once did she ask me about it or why my dog helps me or anything. She asked me like basic yes or no questions and that was it. At the end of the interview she told me she would be emailing me my ESA doc. A couple hours later I get an email from her saying based on the criteria she denied me. This woman doesn’t know what she is doing. This company is horrible. You can’t speak to a supervisor. You send an email and get a response back from one of their workers. The worker was totally incorrect and incompetent as well, he had no idea what he was talking about and seemed like a basic response. I went elsewhere. Don’t use this company

Can't print it, is still open. Wasted 150 dollars. Will not be legal in my state .. should not have my Diagnosis... HIPPA violation and the dogs should not be named... They are not service I AM ESA ... Wasted money!

I felt the man doing my evaluation was not about to hear me. I expressed my concerns and he did exactly what I thought, did not take all factors into consideration before writing his report. I won’t use Petable again unless there is another person available to work with. I had an amazing woman last year and yes, this time I believe it’s a sexist decision.

Took my money, but no one ever called me to do it or get me the letter

Set up an appointment with pettable for today and schedule time out to have them call. Waited the entire allotted time with no calls. I messaged pettable (you can't call) and they got ahold of the provider who said they called and left multiple messages. Which I got none of. So on the chat feature,they stated would wavie the reschedule fee for me. Except I didn't miss the appointment. So I can waste more of my day waiting for them but if they wait for me they charge. The provider was able to respond instantly to the email sent to them from pettable and responded after that to the message I sent them through the app but not message me there they were trying to get ahold of me and there maybe an issue. So slightly scammy, they want that reschedule fee. I have been searching for a pet the last few weeks too and have had no problem with people getting a hold of me that I don't know to talk about dog adoption but now the provider can't get ahold of me. Seems like a scam
