My landlord accepted the letter!
The doctor I spoke with was great. I spoke with her and received my letter quickly. My landlord accepted it. The only issue was a form that wasn’t sent to me to sign. That delayed the start of my call.

I always have a great experience…
I always have a great experience talking to the clinicians. But I find it hard to navigate the website to schedule my renewal. Logging on to schedule my renewal with my clinician, they always seem to move on from Pettable. I’ve spoke to three different clinicians in three years, all very nice and understanding. so, trying to schedule a renewal, always necessitates a few phone calls to schedule an appointment.

Pretty smooth except extra fee...
It was pretty smooth. I did have to pay an extra fee because my Management Co used a third party to verify my ESA letter so that was an unexpected extra $25. But outside that it was easy and efficient!

Unpleasant Telephone Call
The entire process was very easy. Although easy the women I spoke to over the phone was rather rude. The conversation was all of 5 minutes and made me feel like the letter she was writing wouldn’t get approved. Her final words were “I’m going to write the letter but no promises on it they accept it” I choose this company because of the raving reviews but the women who did my “consultation” was unpleasant.

Loved my Therapist she was so helpful…
Loved my Therapist she was so helpful and my letter was exactly what I need, received in just over 24 hours. The only issue was how I was to be contacted. It showed I would receive a phone call. I did not get one. I contacted Pettable and they apologized and said the meeting was by Zoom. A link was then sent me and all went well.

No letter
Well I have yet to receive any of my paperwork but I was told on September 2nd that I would be receiving it within one to two business days it is now September 7th.
