I had a terrible experience with one of Pettable's therapists - In a consultation that was supposed to last 15 minutes, 4 minutes later the therapist said I didn't qualify for the letter - she didn't stop for a second to listen to me and within 4 minutes she wanted me to told her my worst nightmares without any proper approach or questions to make me feel comfortable to talk -after telling her that I was diagnosed with anxiety that I ended up in the hospital with a panic attack, she said that I didn't qualify for the letter in 4 minutes in an appointment that was supposed to last 15min

Well, I signed up to get the ESA letter in 1-3 days, and had my consultation and now it's more than 3 business days after the consultation and I don't have a letter, I contacted the help chat and they said they would reach out to my therapist. They did and asked if she would upload the letter, she responded with a one word yes, but hasn't come through. Meanwhile I keep getting emails to review the service....
