I paid, and I have heard nothing back. I’ve sent three emails so far and have heard nothing back. My next step will be to request a refund and go with a different company. The first experience I had with this service was very prompt, and I thought it would be the same this time. Pettable has failed to give me that same experience. Very disappointed.

Absolutely the worst service. Denied me having three emotional support animals because the ‘therapist’ “couldn’t find a justification” for more than one. The other site I used after this one had absolutely no issues approving all three. Spend your money elsewhere for less issues. ‘Therapist’ was extremely unprofessional didn’t even read my form before calling so she had absolutely no idea what I had put in or why I needed them.

I was denied because they require you to have had an extensive history of being on medications. This isn't stated anywhere on their site or anything. I was refunded my money quickly thankfully buy had they put this requirement somewhere ahead of time I wouldn't have wasted my time.

The therapist assigned to my mom was so rude and argumentative. My mom is 85 and got so confused and he just berated her, she was almost in tears. I went to talk to him and he was also rude to me. Worse experience ever, trying to get a refund but I’m not keeping my hopes up. Never trying to do this online again.

Still do not have a refund! Have been in contact for over a month! I requested the refund hours after my purchase! Your refund policy states FULL REFIND WITHIN 7 days of purchase. I requested day 1! I have reached out multiple times and I always get a repsonsd to “this or that” “so sorry”, blah blah. Just give my money back!!!!! Orginal purchase 2/18, request on 2/19, 2/22. Ready for BBB
