Unreliable. The website markets that you get the letters in 24-48 hours. Apparently this is only true if you have a cat and not a dog. Hiding behind the T&Cs. This should be clearly stated on the marketing not just the terms and conditions.

Very disappointed
I was really excited for this experience and then it just turned out to be the biggest stressor and anxiety filled activity ever. The doctor I had was very rude and not thorough whatsoever. I felt it was a huge waste of my time because after all of the papers and questions I had to answer, my phone call wasn't even 2 minutes long, before he ruddily told me I had to be on medication to receive a letter and he wasn't a therapist and there was nothing he could do for me. I ended up using another website for my ESA and it was 10 times easier and they gave it to me right away. When I went to customer service and tried to explain my situation they told me I was no longer allowed to be a client and there was nothing they could do. They weren't even going to look into it. Not to mention that I even missed my first appointment because they had some random persons email registered to my account and not my own.

The training certificate is worthless…
The training certificate is worthless as far as DOT is concerned for air travel. I do not recommend at all.

NOT FOR UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Firstly, I was rescheduled three times. My first counselor didn’t call me for my first two appointments without explanation. When I got reassigned to another therapist, he told me he was unable to fill out the forms I provided. The form was for an ESA in my university dorm. He told me that the forms were to be filled out by an ongoing caregiver. However, Pettable doesn’t offer ongoing support services. All universities require a simple form, so DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF THAT’S WHAT YOU’RE LOOKING FOR. They won’t help. They said I’d get a refund but I still have not received it yet. If you’re a student and need a letter for a dorm, DO NOT COME HERE. Extremely frustrated with this site.
