THEY LIED TO ME! No refund guaranteed KYA MILLER WAS HORRIBLE! Never responded when a rep and I were asking and thinks because it’s been days she can use that as a SORRY EXCUSE when I ASKED BEFORE PURCHASING I NEEDED SAME DAY AND PETTABLE STATED AS LONG AS I GOT EVERYTHING SUBMITTED IT WOULD BE DONE! MY ESA LETTER WAS NOT APPROVED AND NOW THEY ARE GIVING ME A HARD TIME FOR A REFUND!!!!!!! AS IT STATES IT ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I paid $150 for a 5min call to get a letter that I basically wrote myself in my response to the number of questionnaire forms I was sent, and a month later never received the letter. This is unacceptable customer service and just exploitation of people with mental health concerns.

Waste of money! Landlord said they receive so many of the same licensed psychologist Paul Meyer ESA letter that they told me that it wouldn’t be accepted because it’s an online service which will not help you at all if you purchase with Pettable. I want my money back.

Horrible experience and i DONT recommend. Appts cancelled on a whim no explanation and when do get an explanation its because its someones day off and they will accommodate for another fee… atleast that was my experience. Dont ask me again how you did, 4th review for this scam of a company. Do better

My email got sold and I've been receiving 50+ spam every day since signing up for Pettable after just getting it lowered to maybe 5 a day. It's annoying.
