After canceling my wife's appointment, a refund was not granted. We paid $149.00 with no service and we were told that our reason doesn't meet there criteria. WHAT!!!!! I never heard of losing all your money if a service was canceled. Everything is through messages. I ask if someone can call me. Still awaiting. Don't trust these folks.

Didn’t work.

Won’t give me my money back as didn’t need their service anymore. Had to cancel and end up going with a different company and now I’m out $150because they don’t refund you even if you don’t even see a therapist.

Keep receiving emails for this site. My card and personal information was stolen and used to sign up. The emails have been spammed to me even after I unsubscribed and one email also stated that whatever package was purchased would not be enough for a housing authentication and an additional package was needed. Seems over all like a scam. Reported to my CC company already for the unauthorized charges and have sent a request to be removed from the contact list as I am not the person who signed up or authorized payment.

Twice I had appointments to discuss my case and was left hanging

The Pettable professional denied my ESA because I need to be seeing a mental health professional in order for her to approve anything. The entire I purpose people come to your website is to navigate around that because therapy is expensive. Then she was trying to get me to set up my secondary insurance which is also expensive showing that her/y'all may not understand your target clientelle. It took her less than a minute to reject me. That is something that could've been determined before I paid & before I got my hopes up. I confirmed all of that disqualifying info before I ever paid. Also, everyone who recommended me here is not meeting those same expectations of ongoing mental health treatment, so you may want to get your team on the same page because they seem to be doing their own thing. All around I'm just annoyed & your website should not market itself the way it does.

Terrible experience! They claim that if landlord requires additional documents they can help but just ask you to require additional packages, the dr won't even answer your questions if you don't purchase additional package! My letter is not accepted by the landlord, thus, I require a refund which they ask me to file a HUD, fine, if we are required to file a HUD for refund please update your homepage that "100% money refund with filing a HUD"! Fake advertisement!

This is a horrible SCAM. Do not use this company- all of the 5 star reviews are fake, if you dont believe that, go look on their "company" website. They are all the same. Horrible, horrible people. They will steal your money and then block your email so you can no longer contact them.
