Great service from the therapist. This company is a scam. SAVE UR $150!!!! Leasing office denied my letter because it’s not from a PCP. Pettable will not issue refund unless I file a claim with HUD. Money back guarantee.. yeah no. Do not go through this website just contact a doctor.

Hi [email protected], we're sorry to hear about your experience with your landlord. As per HUD regulations, it says that a landlord cannot just refuse a disability accommodation; they need to engage in a dialogue with the tenant on how to resolve the disagreement. Please reach us at [email protected] so we can help you in filing a complaint and claiming your refund. We're here to help.

Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are quick with responses if you need help but cannot accommodate refunds, especially if the wrong package has been purchased. They have a “strict” refund policy. Please make sure this company is truly who you want to work with in regards to your needs because refunds aren’t an option.

Ann
The consultant ask for a fee even when the landlord is asking a yes/no question of she/he has provided the ESA letter. Ridiculous abuse of power

Karen comes off with a very demeaning tone. On paper I don’t have a history of mental health issues but not everyone has the time or money to be involved in therapy, and it felt accusatory when she asked me if I was “just getting and ESA letter to not have to pay the deposit” and continued to ask if I had a high pet deposit, and tell me that people aren’t getting approved from Pettable the second year they apply. Then when she would ask me questions she wouldn’t even let me finish answering them before moving on to the next one.

Dr said he couldn't give me a letter because I trained my dog myself. She behaves better than any service dog we have encountered. And she performs her job amazingly. But, because I didn't spend thousands on training, he couldn't give me a letter. Waste of time. And I did as the reply says, I emailed support. To which they told me I can pay another $249 and train my dog lol. My dog is already trained!

Brandon
This company is a Scam 100 percent. They don't help people that are just trying to make money which is the total opposite of what they should be doing. I paid 200 dollars for express service. I had my interview the same day 1/31/2023. The therapist seemed like a nice person and the interview went well. I obtained my letter the next day as stated ( within 24 hours) my rental office uses a company called petscreening.com to verify everything especially to make sure the ESA letter is legit and indeed coming for an actual provider which pettable said it was. However when petscreening called to verify they refused to do so. I've been talking to the support and its funny as I am typing this the therapist just called requesting me to pay an additional 40 dollars to pick up the phone when petscreening.com calls just to say yes the letter is authentic. They are not asking for any paper work or any information. Its very sad. I also have an email from support that says if the landlord calls then there is no extra fee but because petscreening is called there is a fee. my thing is what is the difference its still one person calling to verify. They even tried to offer me 20 percent off the form package because I told them I wasn't paying 50 dollars so they try to bribe me to pay 40. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to not use this service it was a big mistake that I highly regret. I'm sorry if this is all over the place I am so upset right now and more emotionally disturb than I was before I started this process. This is just sad and I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.
