Not only was there an attempt to change the scheduled time about 15 minutes before the appointment ( that was handled with a backhanded unprofessional apology) I was deadnamed several times including on the ESA form. I can no longer submit it to my housing reps because I’m leased under my Preferred name. I had scheduled days ahead of time, filled out my paperwork in a timely manner and just don’t understand how it can cost so much with the lack of professionalism.

I went with Pettable because I felt that an ESA could really benefit me and help with my anxiety and stress. Due to California's new law, you are required to have a 30 day relationship with your therapist.. which to Pettable is worth $179 dollars for two calls. The first time I had my appointment, while the therapist was nice, she hardly listened to my experience and asked me generic questions... not personal at all. 30 days letter she sent me my letter ahead of our call and I immediately knew I could not turn it in to my landlord. It was extremely generic and worded that I maintain my ESA animal.. (when I didn't have one in the first place). When we got on our last call, I had asked if the letter could be reworded so that it addresses that I am eligible to get an ESA, not already maintain an animal I already have. My therapist's tone immediately changed rudely and she told me she could not change anything. After trying to voice my concerns with the letter to her more, she seemed to not care and just told me to have a good day knowing there's no further communicate afterwards. Here I am now with a useless generic letter that I know is not even worth trying to present to my landlord. Pettable is not the way to go for Californians.. can't believe I wasted almost $200!

I received a PSD a letter which got denied by Turkish airline on spot, so the PSD letter was not helpful.
