Pettable ESAReviews of pettable.com

We ended up finding a rental home that accepted our two ESA cats and one ESA pit/shepherd (breed restricted animal). We had about 10 renters still reject us due to the animals for various reasons. Some did. It accept cats. Most did not accept pitbull, some did not accept three animals. and did complain to HUD.

The persons full diagnosis should never be written on the ESA letter for all to see.

The lady that helped me was super nice and friendly and not once made me feel judged, which I wholeheartedly appreciate. However, my phone consultation was scheduled as a 15 min block, she called me 10 min late and our phone call lasted just a little over 3 min, she mentioned that she was away from her computer & lost track of time- I’m not sure how I feel about that. It also took her a week to complete the ESA letter…I paid to have the letter within 2 days. I reached out to her through chat 3 days after our consultation. After not hearing from her, I decided to text her, to which she replied that she was super swamped & backed up and she assured me that she would work on my case next. The next day comes and still no letter. I texted her again but no response. I didn’t receive my letter until 7 days after my consultation. I’d also like to add that during our consultation she mentioned that she didn’t have access to my online file so I had to repeat mine & my dogs basic info, which I didn’t mind doing at all. But when I reached out to her the first time through text, she had me repeat the same info again…she stated that she was having trouble accessing my file again. I’m not sure if this was actually a tech issue that needed to get fixed or she just wasn’t at her computer. Unfortunately, given this experience, I’m not too sure I’ll renew my ESA letter here again.

I have had my first appointment and things went well. I am under the impression that the individual providing the ESA documentation must be practicing in the state of California but am concerned because the person I am meeting with is not from California it seems.

It was a bit difficuly for this older lady to manuver around the site and fill stuff out, but other then that it was great. Tasha wrote a wonderful and professional letter for me, but it is dated for 6/17/23, which means I do not even get a year out of it, after paying all I did. I would like my letter dated the actual day she sent it to me, which was 8/8/23 later in the evening. The lady who helped with a couple of message I sent was Nice. Her name started with an "M" I am so sorry I do not remember it. I would recommend Pettable except for the fact that I am losing almost a whole month of the year. Thank you for the service you performed.

The service was easy but there didn't seem to be a lot of resources other than the quick training videos which were pretty vague. Also, my first flight and no one asked me for proof of training so I can't attest to the service being helpful for that.

I was very disappointed when I heard from your provider that this is all about my health not about the dog. I knew that I applied for my disability but I didn’t get the service what I paid for. This is only for my housing. I thought I can take him out with me everywhere. Your advertisement misguided me for sure. It shows and tells that it’s all about my pet.

I got my letter quickly, but the therapist was rude and talked to me for less than 3 minutes.
