I was skeptical that this would not be a fruitful effort but everything worked out with no problem! The Therapist did a concise (maybe two-minute call) but my landlord happily accepted the ESA letter.

After some initial difficulty getting an appointment online, appointments were available quickly, the therapist was great, and I had a very quick result to get my ESA for a companion. I did have quite a bit of difficulty getting the scheduling page to appear but the customer service was excellent and we finally got it resolved. Would definitely recommend them and be back for my renewal.

A short-notice ASAP ESA housing letter appointment was not seen by my assigned mental healthcare professional due to Pettable's email-only notification system. This first scheduled appointment was a no-show since my doc didn't notice the appointment before the time passed. Fortunately, Matias of the Pettable support crew helped me get my appointment rescheduled to later in the same day and I received my ESA letter before the end of the work day. All in all, I got what I wanted and paid for, but there were a stressful handful of hours from start to finish. My recommendation is for Pettable to consider additional notification options for their therapists, such as texts.

The whole process was super easy and very quick! My therapist was very understanding and made me feel validated. I had to purchase additional forms for $50 because my apartment complex required 3rd-party verification of the legitimacy of my therapist and that wasn't included with the initial letter.
