Prompt and Concise
Everything was timely and straightforward. The doctor I met with over the phone was kind attentive and asked me thorough questions. The letter was approved by my complex immediately and even if it wasn’t, I felt supported the whole time and would’ve been comfortable asking for more help.

Excellent Experience with Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW
I had an excellent experience with Pettable and Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. The entire process was clear, professional, and remarkably fast. I first learned about Pettable on Monday, signed up for the service on Tuesday, had my consultation with Kya on Thursday, and received my documentation shortly afterward. By Friday, I was already completing the animal addendum with my landlord. Kya was professional, kind, and very helpful throughout the process. She clearly explained what I needed to complete before our consultation, responded promptly, and made the entire experience straightforward and comfortable. I especially appreciated how quickly everything was handled while still feeling genuine and professional. I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely recommend Pettable and Kya to anyone who legitimately needs help with ESA documentation.

Go See Kya Miller — She Truly Listens & Cares
I had such a positive experience with Kya Miller, LICSW, LCSW. She was incredibly attentive, patient, considerate, and genuinely caring. I always felt listened to and never rushed or dismissed when sharing my concerns. She took the time to understand my needs and made me feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. She was also very thoughtful and supportive, and I truly appreciated how seriously she took my concerns. Very Grateful
I was very stressed and having trouble with my apartment complex using PetScreening for my cat. Pettable was simple, easy and my healthcare provider was wonderful. My letter was approved without issue and I am extremely grateful!
