I was amazed to realize that the $9.00 coin-sized tag would cost another $7.50 to ship, but thought, well, that's the price of convenience. What it really was? The price of the "free" blinking key chain tchotzke (which I didn't want or need) in a padded envelope and $2 postage sent FIRST. Then $.50 postage on a regular envelope with the actual tag a couple weeks later. Ridiculous.

I ordered my dog a tag and when I got it the last 2 #s of my phone number was cut off. So it's basically useless other than it has her name on it. However they had good prices and fast shipping...

I ordered 3 pet tags, all the same design: small pink heart. The S link sent with the tags requires pliers to close. Why not just send slip rings? The hole in the plastic heart is so close to the edge that it tore through the first time I tried to connect it to the dog collar ring. I ended up re-drilling a hole in the tag myself, farther away from the tag edge.

The plastic tags are really not that great, I am going to try the stainless steal tags hopefully they will hold up better

I love your tags but I will never order again. the tags were taped using an adhesive that would not come off. My dogs tags are sticky and now stuck with dust and dog hair because the tape you used adheres to the tag. I tried for 45 minutes to get it off. I wish you had chosen a different way to send them, I am very disappointed. I sent feedback and all I received was a auto reply telling me someone would get back to me. Nothing.

I emailed asking for a status update after I never got my order after over two weeks. No response received. Finally, my order came after almost a month after placing it. Tag was nice, but will not do business with a company with poor customer service.

I placed an order for three tags on Feb 23, 2015. Still haven't received the 3rd tag as of today. I've sent multiple emails with no response and everytime I call I only get the answering service. Will not use again and will not recommend to anyone.

The tag did not arrive in ANY type of timely manner. I ordered the tag almost 3 weeks before we were going on vacation so my dog would have a tag with the address where we would be staying. It it did not arrive before we left for our trip. It arrived in a plain white, (very cheap) letter type, envelope which had gotten ripped going through the postal machines and the tag was chewed up by the postal machines because the tag was at the very bottom of the envelope rather than taped in the center. While we were on our trip we found a vendor who made very nice metal tags in about 5 minutes and cost about 1/3 what "PETTAGS.com charged. They also did luggage tags, horse bridle tags and custom embroider collars and leashes. THey even had collars which could be engraved on the buckle. So when I got home from my trip and found the crappy plastic "PetTags.com" tag I was seriously disappointed.
