Uncomfortable
I really wanted this to be am excellent pillow but it actually made my head and neck hurt worse. I've had it for a year now.... tried it for MONTHS!

Never able to sleep on the pillow. I'm short and neck to high.
You replaced the pillow with a different size . The first one actually the 1 st was a better fit but you wouldn't change it back. Lots of money for a pillow I couldn't use. The smell was absolutely horrible when I removed the plastic cover. Was told to let it air out for a few days and that helped. So all in all it was a very poor purchase. The Pillow Queen. I have tried many pillows. I have had neck issues for years. And so the quest for the "perfect" pillow is an ongoing process. My pillow offered no neck support, which is what I want/need. And so I returned mine.

Not that great
The pillow's contour is too narrow and it touches the side of my face which is really annoying. They could have increased the width of the contour of the pillow to make it more comfortable. Also, too bulky for my liking. They make you buy another pillow cover because it's too big for a standard pillow case.

Thank you Cameron for your review and sorry to hear that the center portion feels like it is a little to narrow for you. Please call our customer service to explain this further and we will most likely have a solution that might work to improve this for you. Also, a standard king size pillow case will work on both the medium and the large sizes and our custom case is only an option. The larger case makes more sense as then you don't get the hammocking effect in the center of the pillow where the cradle is. This just increases the functionality of the PILLO1 original. Great idea for some, not for me.
The design of the pillow sounds good at first, but I was unable to adjust. I am typically a side sleeper, but I found myself not laying correctly on the edges designed for side sleeping. Thus, morning neck pain. Over time it caused me to be overly aware of where I was laying on the pillow through the night and unable to sleep well. After months of trying to make this work, I had to give up on the pillow altogether.

Don't like that the small latex pillow doesn't have the more supportive option like the larger pillow has. Kind of mushy and hot.

Hi Heather, Thanks for the review but you might be confusing PILLO1 with another pillow as PILLO1 doesn't have any fill to take out of the pillow. the Pillo1 just wasn't what was advertised. It was very uncomfortable for me and my wife.
