I love this pillow. My neck is more comfortable while sleeping. The only suggestion would be to find a better way for the small insert pillow to stay in place.

I must say that at first, I had to switch to my regular pillow during the night. However, after about two weeks, I am adjusting to your pillow and think it is going to be a winner.

I have used cervical pillows half my life (I'm 63) it seems-due to a bad neck. I've been using my Pillo1-small now for about 2 1/2 weeks, and this one is very different then all the others. It takes a little getting use to as the video's tell you. I waited a bit before writing my review to see how my neck feels-first. My neck will-forever-NOT-be-normal, BUT, I do admit, I am waking up with little thought to my neck pain any longer! I am so thankful that before ordering I got to speak to Charlene Jaeger--FIRST!! She was able to help me select the proper size after our talk. I was going to get the Medium, but she thought I would do better with the small! How right she was!!!! I luv the cradle of where my head lays, and I find that I stay that way all night, with little turning on my side. I gave it only 4 stars because of the high cost. I would recommend this pillow to a friend!!

Very comfortable. A depressed lower area for the head would be a nice addition.

I ordered a large pillow my wife has a small pillow unfortunately the large pillow case pain in my neck I believe it's a little bit too high which makes the material denser feeling so I have shipped back the large pillow and I'm waiting on a medium size pillow to see if that enhances the comfort

Love it. My only complaint is that I wish the sides were a tiny bit lower in height. But that might change as I keep using it.

Have been using my pillow for about two weeks now. So far I like the pillow, especially when sleeping on my sides. However, trying to use the neck pillow on my back. Can't decide on whether I need the insert or not.

I found the wings on sides to be a little high for side sleeping but otherwise this is a comfortable pillow that has made sleeping a better experience.
