I appreciate Plexaderm's response to my review. I use a water based foundation and not a heavy amount. I also avoided applying any moisturizer or any other product on my clean, dry skin (according to the directions). It's good to acknowledge that this product just does not work on ALL skin types. In reality, NO skin product is cookie-cutter so to admit that it doesn't work for everyone, no matter how much you'd like it to, is a noble gesture indeed.

The product DOES work. But.... it eventually becomes CRUSTY appearance on your face and in my specific case, it would become crusty under my eyes. It looks ridiculous. Yes, I tried applying the cream lightly to avoid the crusty look. It you apply it too light, the cream doesn't do it's job. I never apply too much. I apply a small pea size amount under the eye area. No matter what, it gets crusty after about 90 minutes. I also tried applying a hugh quality moisturizing cream on top of the plexaderm cream to avoid the Crusty appearance. But when you do this, the moisturizer defeats the plexaderm product and you clearly see the under eye bag situation. In my humble opinion, there plexaderm formula must be revised and improved so it doesn't become CRUSTY !

This product isn't living up to its claims. Yes, it does tighten your skin, however, I experienced a burning sensation and when it dried it left a white dried looking appearance on my face. I also applied some moisturizer to see how that would work after drying. That didn't yield the desired results as the undereye bags returned. That was an investment that didn't pay off.

I believe this product does not work on dark skin African-Americans. I have purchased this item 2 times in the last couple of months andI have not received any change whatsoever. Could you help?

I don’t feel that it works as promised. The lines are still prominent and it actually turns the skin under my eyes a darker color. Pretty disappointed.

At first it was a miracle. I was so excited!!!!! It really did work. But..... Then I smiled. And it was a deep disappointment. If you can go all day without making any facial expressions. This product is for you. If not. Don't waste your money.

Here are some product tips when it comes to applying Plexaderm. First, apply Plexaderm to a freshly cleansed face. Once applied, it is important to remain still during the Plexaderm application process. Refrain from facial movements for approximately 10 minutes while Plexaderm forms an invisible bond with your skin. If you're using Plexaderm with makeup, it's best to apply makeup after Plexaderm has set, being as light as possible over the Plexaderm areas and avoiding rubbing. When using additional cosmetics with Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum, water-based products work best. Try mixing 1/3 liquid foundation or concealer with 2/3 Plexaderm and applying it with your fingertip. Allow the Plexaderm/foundation mixture to set for 10 minutes. Eyeshadows, liner, mascara, and blush are all good products to use with Plexaderm. Lastly, we recommend using an oil-free moisturizer, as oils break down the tightening effect that Plexaderm creates. Been using your cream for bags and wrinkles for about 3 years now,my last order,it seems like I got an old batch,it’s not going to on as smooth and flaky,which has never happened before,not sure what to do about it just yet,don’t think I’ll be getting it anymore,might try something else
