First video came through with incorrect name and photo. A message was sent pointing this out and a new video sent within 10 minutes with all the changes made. I'm sure my granddaughter will love her message.

I love the video! However, the name pronunciation is incorrect. I entered how it should sound, but the video reflects how the name is read.

Very fast delivery! My daughter loved it the only complaint I would have is if bluey could read the personalized message slower it was a little hard to understand other than that it was perfect! Will definitely be a repeat customer thank you

The video is super cute! Customer service is great! I received my video and asked if I could change the picture I uploaded and they sent me a new video with the updated picture right away w/out an extra charge. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because I dont like that the mouth movements and audio dont match. Cute either way.

I got a birthday video for my kid whose birthday is Dec 26…. I was a bit skeptical, because it had to many good reviews 😭 (thought it was a scammed) but I glad a followed through…. The video was amazing I can’t wait to play it for everyone. Communication was great… the time it took didn’t stand out to me because I order well in advance and got it before the birthday so it was well. Everything went great. It’s a simple but oh so amazing way to give your kids that extra pazazzzz. Highly recommend

Update 12/16/25: I appreciated the follow up from the company and that they were quick to issue a refund due to my dissatisfaction with the content of video. I am giving them 4 stars instead of the 2 for quick response and how they handled the situation. First Review: The video is cute but I was really hoping there was more content and an actual episode. I kept looking around online to see if I could see a full video and I just thought there were none because they didn’t want to show the whole video so others didn’t copy it. But I guess every video that I did see was the full video. The entire video was just the intro and the short clip of Bluey saying the personalized message that I wrote. I think it’s a lot of money for the content that you’re getting.
